Requirements: Enterprise Architect - Ft Meade - $120-$140k Prestigious research and development arm of M.I.T. has asked us to identify candidtaes for an Enterprise Architect position at Ft. Meade. MD. Assist in software and "enterprise" development of ongoing project at customer site. Work with customer to re/define requirements. Provide advice and recommendations to customer concerning modeling and statistics. Contribute to the development and productization of current prototype software. Provide technical support to users. Meet and frequently brief various stakeholders. Determine areas where customer needs additional technical consulting support. Qualifications Active TS//SCI clearance(Full/Dual-scope Polygraph). Strong engineer with at least 7 years experience. B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent. A qualified candidate will have a strong background, and experience, in the following areas: Java, statistics & machine-learning, mathematical modeling, database technology (SQL, JBDC, Oracle administration), ETL (typically custom-written software), and managing large data structures. Experience in the following areas desired: Enterprise Technologies (web-services, XML, SOAP, Weblogic), CVS, Subversion, SSL, Perl and GUI programming. Java Developer/Architect -Reston, VA $90-$125k+ Company is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their Core Platform Development Team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the development and enhancement of Company’s software suite for Enterprise Resilience Management. This software suite is used by Company and its clients to transform Service Oriented Architectures (SOA’s) and Process Oriented Architectures into Resilient Technology Architectures (RTA’s) through the unique application of business rules, process modeling and automated code generation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science (or related engineering field)(MS preferred) and at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing sharable and reusable software service API’s in Java. Candidates must have developed software in a team environment, and be disciplined in the use of CVS and the writing of documentation and unit tests. Rigorous use of testing frameworks such as JUnit is a must. Experience with the Apache Axis framework for exposing Java web services is highly desirable. Candidates must also be comfortable in both Windows and UNIX command-line environments. Software Security Engineer - Ft. Meade, MD $100-120k Company is looking to hire professionals with unmatched skill levels in the area of applied software security. These individuals will perform programming and application analysis at the system, kernel and BIOS level of workstation/servers/appliances and will share in a unique opportunity to work on innovative security projects at the national level. This is a technical position which includes software development and/or security software testing activities. The position reports to either the Manager of Software Development or the Manager of Software Testing and Validation. The applicant will spend up to 3 months in Melbourne, Florida learning our testing methodologies, then will be located at the customer’s site in Fort Meade, MD.
